Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Email us at returns@wetjelly.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
