Privacy Policy

Greater Health Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates WET JELLY, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains in plain language what information we collect, why we collect it, how we keep it safe, and the choices you have — including how to delete your account and data at any time.

What We Collect

We only collect what we need to serve you: your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address, along with your order history. When you create an account, your sign-in is handled by our authentication provider (Clerk). Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave — we never see or store your full card details on our systems.

Why We Collect It

Your information is used for clear, limited purposes: to process and deliver your orders, to keep you updated about your purchases (such as order confirmations and shipping notifications), to provide customer support, to maintain your account, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not use your data for anything you wouldn't reasonably expect.

How We Keep It Secure

Your data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored with reputable providers on infrastructure that encrypts data at rest. Access is restricted to authorised team members who need it to run the business, and every sensitive action in our admin system is logged. While no online service can promise perfect security, we take meaningful steps to protect your information.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the partners needed to complete your order — for example, our payment processor (Flutterwave), our authentication provider (Clerk), our email provider (for order and shipping notifications), and the courier delivering your order — and only to the extent required to provide the service, or where the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active. Completed orders are retained for legal and accounting purposes even after an account is deleted, but they are anonymised — stripped of personal details and disconnected from you — so no personal information remains tied to them.

Your Rights & Deleting Your Account

You can access and update your details, and you can delete your account at any time. To delete it, sign in and go to My Profile, then use “Delete Account” at the bottom of the page. This permanently removes your profile, saved addresses, reviews, cart, and newsletter signup, and anonymises your past orders. The action cannot be undone.
